Scope includes complete teardown and rebuild of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority House. This project is a 3-story, 31,000-square-foot new sorority house consisting of 30 bedrooms ranging from single to quad suites, a library, kitchen, dining room, and media & graphic workroom.
