Completion of the Capstone at Scotlandville Apartments

Milton J. Womack, Inc. is near completion on the Capstone Apartment complex, formally known as the Elm Grove Apartments. This new complex will offer affordable housing for low-income families to provide them with a better and safer living environment. There has not been a single-family dwelling in over 45 years in this community.
