Steve is President and part owner of Milton J. Womack, Inc. He has held many different positions with the company since his employment in 1982. His current responsibilities include the oversight of construction of a variety of projects which include hospitality, retail, residential, health care and commercial and residential land development. He is also involved in real estate development and management.

As CFO and part owner of Milton J. Womack, Inc., Mark is responsible for all accounting, legal and insurance aspects of the company. Mark draws from his four years auditing large commercial construction companies while working for two large international accounting firms in Texas and Louisiana. He has spent the last 25 years managing the accounting department of Milton J. Womack, Inc. Mark graduated from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge in 1984 and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1989 and a masters of science degree in accounting in 1991. Prior to joining Milton J. Womack, Inc., Mark was a senior audit specialist with Arthur Anderson & Company in their Houston Office from 1991 -1993 and Deloitte and Touche in their Baton Rouge Office from 1993-1995.

Ryan Pruett, part owner and VP of Milton J. Womack, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Ryan has been fortunate to have been involved in every aspect of the construction process throughout his career. After earning his bachelors of science degree in Construction Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University Ryan spent the first several years of his career as a Field Engineer. He has worked on the operation side of our industry as a jobsite Project Manager. His years of hands-on field experience have provided him with a tremendous wealth of industry knowledge further benefiting him in his estimating and preconstruction duties. Currently Ryan oversees all of the Estimating and Preconstruction efforts for the company. Ryan believes in a team player mentality and holds a strong track record in working with developers, owners and architects aiding in successful construction projects. Outside of work Ryan enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, Stella, and his two daughters.

As COO and part owner of Milton J. Womack, Inc., Adam is responsible for monitoring the overall development of all construction projects, which includes schedule, costs and owner relations. Since joining the company in 2001, Adam has held a number of positions including Project Executive, Project Manager and Laborer while in college. Adam is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he earned a bachelor of science degree, magna cum laude, in Construction in 2004. He also graduated from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge in 2000. Over the years, Adam has been involved with many non-profit and civic organizations. He and his wife, Jolie, have three children.
