Milton J. Womack, Inc. Selected a Construction Manager at Risk for Lane Regional Medical Center Project

Milton J. Womack, Inc. was selected to be the Construction Manager at Risk for the Lane Regional Medical Center Expansion/Renovation project in Zachary, Louisiana. The project value is estimated to be approximately $40 million. Milton J. Womack was one of eight General Contractors who submitted a qualification package on the project.

The project will include demolition of existing facilities for construction of a new 4-story patient tower which will include new operating rooms and patient rooms, as well as public and administration spaces. The project also includes renovations of the existing surgery department as well as renovations of the first floor that provides new space for admissions, public lobby, pre-admission testing, radiology expansion and public circulation.
