MJW Completes the Pennington Bariatric and Metabolic Institute

Milton J. Womack, Inc. completed the Pennington Bariatric and Metabolic Institute project on September 27, 2021 which consisted of an interior renovation that included the demolition of existing walls, finishes, and mechanical systems and rebuilding the space.  This area now includes metal stud walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, as well as new sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to create (12) new exam rooms.

This project also included a new drop off canopy constructed of structural steel, decorative precast concrete columns, metal panels, and a metal standing seam roof.
