The project consists of a new 78-unit affordable rental townhome community on an undeveloped 11-acre site located at 5095 Big Lake Road in Lake Charles, LA. The townhomes will include 1 & 2 story townhome style buildings, a 3,000-sf community center and property/leasing management office and corresponding amenities.
