The Florencia Condominiums consists of one nine-story residential condominium constructed of concrete masonry unit (CMU) infill and cast-in-place concrete wall with post-tension floor slabs with a parking garage built beneath it. The concrete balconies and walkways are extensions of the concrete floor slabs at the associated floor levels. The cladding consists primarily of the manufactured stucco system “Total Wall.” Sliding glass doors are on each unit’s individual balcony.
