A mixed-use expansion to the clinic on the Pennington Biomedical Research Center campus, this four-story, 92,000-square-foot building is a first-floor expansion for the existing clinic, which has outgrown its current building. The second floor will house feeding and testing areas for patients and volunteers from the community. However, the majority of the second through fourth floors will provide much-needed office and meeting space for the many doctors and researchers Pennington employs.
