The 610,000-square-foot Woman’s Hospital focuses on the patient experience. The hospital features 225 patient rooms, 32 labor and delivery rooms with six operating suites, a 92-bed neonatal intensive care unit with an operating room, a 10-room operating suite, and an ambulatory and diagnostic building. The facility is designed with clear growth pathways for future expansion. Also included are a support services building, central plant and parking on a 224-acre park-like setting campus. This project was a joint venture with Milton J. Womack, Inc., J.E. Dunn Construction and Arkel Construction.
