Ribbon cutting ceremony held for the new senior living development, Cypress at Gardere

The doors are now open at 501 Gardere Lane, Baton Rouge to citizens 62 years old or older. The four-story, 25-million-dollar development includes outdoor areas, community rooms, a gym and a wellness center for healthcare providers. Many amenities that show respect to the complex’s elderly residents. MJW was proud to be a part of this collaboration and building a complex that provides affordable opportunities for elderly citizens throughout our community.
